Welcome to Quietode. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website quietode.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on quietode.com. By placing an order you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3. Products
We make every reasonable effort to display product colours, dimensions, and features accurately. Slight variations may occur due to display settings, manufacturing tolerances, and product updates. Product images are illustrative.
Quietode products are designed as wellness and fidget items. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
4. Orders and contract formation
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products at the prices shown. Your order is accepted, and a binding contract is formed, only when we send you an Order Confirmation email. Until that email is sent, we may decline your order for any reason, including stock issues, pricing errors, or fraud prevention.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses in the European Union and selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Quietode also offers a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
8. Intellectual property
All content on quietode.com — including text, images, product designs, logos, and the Quietode brand — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. Acceptable use
When using our website, you agree not to: (a) submit false or misleading information; (b) attempt to interfere with the security or functioning of the site; (c) scrape, copy, or harvest content for unauthorised use; (d) use the site for any unlawful purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier issues, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order is the version that applies to your contract.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Quietode is established. Consumers in the EU may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence. The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
