REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Quietode we want you to feel calm about every purchase. If something isn't right, you have the right to return it under the terms below.

 

  1. Right of withdrawal (EU 14-day cooling-off period)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. To exercise this right, write to support@quietode.com with your order number. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request within 24 hours.

 

2. 30-day satisfaction guarantee

 

Beyond the legal 14-day right, Quietode offers an extended 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

 

3. How to return an item

 

Step 1: Email support@quietode.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Step 2: We will reply within 24 hours with a return address and instructions.

Step 3: Pack the item in its original packaging if possible. The item must be unused, clean, and in resalable condition.

Step 4: Ship the item back. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

 

4. Items that cannot be returned

 

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once unsealed:

  • Acupressure mats and pillows that have been used
  • - Personal massage devices that have been used on skin
  • - Gift cards
  • - Items marked as final sale

5. Damaged, defective, or wrong items

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please email support@quietode.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping) at no cost to you.

 

6. Refund processing time

 

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

7. Late or missing refunds

 

If you have not received a refund within 14 business days of our confirmation, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If after that you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@quietode.com.

 

8. Exchanges

 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
