At Quietode, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and process for returns and refunds.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Condition Requirements

Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

  • Unused: Product must not show signs of use
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, tags, and documentation must be intact
  • No Damage: No damage beyond normal shipping wear
  • Complete: All components and accessories must be included

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee (up to 20%).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  • Email us at davide.bartoletti.31@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and reason for return
  • We will send you return shipping instructions within 24 hours
  • Pack the item securely and include your order number
  • Ship the return to the address provided

4. Return Shipping

Customer pays return shipping costs, except in cases of:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Items significantly different from description

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will confirm receipt via email
  • We inspect the item (typically 3-5 business days)
  • If approved, we process your refund
  • Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear in your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded

6. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  • Email us at davide.bartoletti.31@gmail.com with your request
  • Include your order number and desired replacement
  • We offer free exchange shipping if stock is available
  • If the exchange item costs more, you'll be invoiced for the difference
  • If it costs less, we'll refund the difference

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  • Items outside the 30-day return window
  • Items showing significant signs of use or damage
  • Custom or personalized items

8. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us immediately at davide.bartoletti.31@gmail.com
  • Provide photos of the defect or damage
  • We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund
  • We will cover all shipping costs for defective items
  • You do not need to wait 30 days for defective products

9. Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days (if applicable)

10. Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order enters the fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled (but can be returned within 30 days).

11. VAT & Taxes

Refunds include all taxes and VAT paid. If you are VAT-exempt or in a jurisdiction requiring tax adjustment, contact us immediately.
