Other EU Countries

We ship to most EU countries. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days and costs €5.99–€8.99 depending on destination. Free shipping over €50 for all other EU countries.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Return Policy

We want you to love your Quietode products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return

Contact us — Email hello@quietode.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours.

Ship it back — We will provide a return address. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Get your refund — Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different product instead? Contact us and we will arrange an exchange. If the new item costs more, we will send a payment link for the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the balance.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been opened and used cannot be returned unless defective. Gift cards are non-refundable.
